Making these Harry Potter shirts was so much fun! I was doing them as a surprise for the kids, so I didn’t do any part of it while they were at home, but got so excited about them,
that I had to share so lots of people knew that I was giving them to the familylong before they ever got them on their hotel beds the morning we went to Universal Studios.
First, after finding yellow shirts for everyone, I got transfer paper from my local JoAnn’s store. Use the transfer that says, transfers for white or light colored shirts.
Next, I downloaded a Harry Potter Font from Here and typed the quotes, in the Harry Potter font, into Photo Shop so that I could print them out backwards onto the transfer paper. Then printed them.
Last, I followed the instructions on the transfer package, and Ironed on the quotes for each shirt.
We got more comments about these quote shirts than any other shirt I made for this trip. The workers at the park were so interested, that we got question after question as to how we made them. More people asked us to stop so that they could read each quote. Pretty simple and they turned out so Awesome! Needless to say they were a HUGE hit with the kids as well, (mainly because the quotes fit their personalities so well) and they wear them proudly!
